As you enter Voice Response Teller instructions will be given on how to move through the different options. If you wish to access your accounts, you need to know your BFCU member account number or social security number in addition to your VRT PIN number. VRT is a secure system, therefore your VRT PIN number is initially assigned to you from the BFCU office. If you do not know your VRT PIN number, please call our office during regular business hours. Only you know your VRT PIN number and you may change it at anytime for additional security.
